We strive to deliver high-quality work that meets your expectations. If you are unsatisfied, we will work with you to resolve the issue through revisions or, if necessary, partial refunds.

2. Revision Policy

We offer revisions as follows:

• Free Revisions: Minor corrections, formatting adjustments, and clarification of edits are included within 15 days of delivery
• Scope Changes: Significant changes to the original scope may incur additional charges
• Reasonable Requests: Revisions must be reasonable and based on the original requirements
• Turnaround: Revision requests are typically completed within 3-5 business days

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis:

Full Refund (100%)

• No work has been started on your project
• We are unable to fulfill your request due to technical constraints
• Duplicate payment was made in error

Partial Refund (50-75%)

• Work has been started but not completed
• You cancel the project before substantial work is done
• We fail to meet agreed deadlines without valid reason

No Refund

• The work has been completed and delivered
• You are unsatisfied but refused revision attempts
• The project was cancelled after substantial work was completed
• You used our work in violation of academic integrity policies

4. How to Request a Refund or Revision

All requests must be submitted in writing to support@nkbio.in within 15 days of project delivery. Include:

• Your name and contact information
• Project/Invoice number
• Reason for refund/revision request
• Specific changes needed (for revisions)

5. Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.

6. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our refund determination, we encourage open communication to find a fair resolution. Unresolved disputes may be subject to the governing law of Lucknow, India.
