At NKVYRA Biosciences Private Limited (NKBio), we are committed to the highest standards of academic and professional integrity. This Ethics Policy outlines our ethical boundaries and our commitment to supporting research without compromising integrity.

1. Our Ethical Services

NKBio provides the following ethical research support services:

• Scientific Editing: Improving language, clarity, structure, and grammar of existing manuscripts
• Formatting Services: Adjusting documents to meet journal or university formatting guidelines
• Statistical Analysis: Analyzing existing data and providing interpretation support
• Research Guidance: Providing feedback on research methodology and study design
• Literature Review Support: Assisting with organization and summarization of existing literature
• Publication Support: Helping with journal selection, cover letters, and reviewer response preparation

2. What We DO NOT Do

Under no circumstances does NKBio provide the following services:

• ❌ Ghostwriting: Writing academic work that will be submitted under another person's name
• ❌ Thesis/Dissertation Writing: Writing a thesis or dissertation on behalf of a student
• ❌ Plagiarism Removal: Concealing or removing plagiarized content (we only help with proper citation)
• ❌ Data Fabrication: Creating fake or manipulated research data
• ❌ Fake Authorship: Adding or removing authors for unethical purposes
• ❌ Taking Exams/Quizzes: Completing any form of assessment on behalf of a student
• ❌ Coursework Completion: Writing assignments, essays, or any graded coursework

3. Our Role Defined

NKBio acts as a research support and guidance service, not a ghostwriting service. Our role is to:

• Help researchers improve their own work
• Provide guidance and feedback on research methodology
• Offer technical support for data analysis
• Assist with language and formatting of existing content

The client retains full ownership and responsibility for all submitted work. We do not claim authorship, and our role is properly acknowledged in acknowledgments sections when appropriate.

4. Confidentiality Commitment

We take confidentiality seriously:

• All client documents and data are handled with strict confidentiality
• We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request
• Client information is never shared with third parties
• Files are deleted upon request after project completion
• Our team members are bound by confidentiality agreements

5. Plagiarism & Originality

We are committed to promoting originality:

• We do not accept projects that contain plagiarized content
• We encourage proper citation and attribution practices
• We can provide similarity reports (e.g., iThenticate) upon request
• We help clients understand how to properly paraphrase and cite sources

6. Conflict of Interest

We maintain transparency about potential conflicts of interest:

• We do not work on projects where we have a competing interest
• We disclose any relationships with journals, institutions, or organizations
• We maintain independence in all editorial and support decisions

7. Reporting Violations

If you believe NKBio has violated this ethics policy, please contact us immediately at ethics@nkbio.in. All reports will be investigated promptly and confidentially.

8. Client Responsibility

Clients using NKBio services agree to:

• Disclose any relevant ethical considerations related to their work
• Acknowledge NKBio's support appropriately in their work
• Not submit work containing plagiarized, fabricated, or falsified data
• Comply with their institution's academic integrity policies
